01. When will my credit card be charged

 

The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be charged once your order is processed and ready to ship.

Please note that, depending on your bank, once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Port of Mimai, LLC reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

 

02. What is the order cancellation process?

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for authorizations to drop if a debit card was used and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards.

 

03. Do you accept phone orders?

 

We accept orders over the phone. Please contact our customer service center at 832-524-4171

 

04. How can I check on my order?

 

We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You can also visit toportofmiamistore.com and click the contact us to check the status of your order. You can also email our customer service center at customerservice@portofmiamistore.com and be sure to include your order number.

 

05. Can I order from outside the United States?

 

Yes, depending where your order will be shipped to additional shipping charges may apply. 

 

06. Do you have an Port of Miami catalog?

 

Port of Miami, LLC does not have a catalog at this time.

 

07. Is my credit card number and information secure

 

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Any information that we collect (e.g . name, address, phone number, e-mail, or credit card information) will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is a part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to do so.

 

08. How can I pay for my order?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for online purchases. We also offer payments made through Paypal. We do not accept COD orders.

 

09. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

10. What if the merchandise is not in stock?

 

Customer service will send you an email for out of stock items and cancelled orders.

 

11. What if I haven't received my order?

 

You can track your package with the tracking number that will be provided to you via e-mail, or you can also contact our customer service department by e-mail, Customerservice@portofmiamistore.com
